**Role & Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are accurately labeled and priced.
- Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
- Keep the bottle shop area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Adhere to all legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, including checking identification and refusing service to underage or intoxicated individuals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the bottle shop.

**About You**
- Previous experience is preferred
- Must have a knowledge in wines
- QLD RSA required
- Extensive training provided
- Part-Time and Casual positions
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including events, weekends, and holidays
- If successful, you must be available to commence training ASAP

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $31.23 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
