**About the role**
We are currently seeking an experienced Quality and Process Improvement Specialist to join the team at Erskine Park.
**Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following**:
- Identify systemic issues and opportunities for improvement across all business units and functions
- Directly manage selected improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with all AutoNexus teams to develop and embed improved capability in people, processes and systems
- Influence colleagues during projects and changes
- Own the national Quality framework, interface with external bodies for audits and certifications, and be the champion of quality processes across the organisation
- Own the AutoNexus complaint management system

**About You**
To be successful you must possess the following:
- Previous experience and proven track record of delivering improvement projects
- Previous experience and track record of owning quality
- Excellent process thinking
- Lean/Six Sigma experience and/or certification will be highly regarded
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong people focussed leadership style
- This is a national position, occasional travel will be required
