**About Us**
Abergeldie is a locally owned contractor with 30 years’ industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors.

Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.

**About the Program**
Our 2-year Graduate Program provides recent Graduates with structured learning, hands-on experience, and career development opportunities

We are seeking graduates in the following disciplines:

- Civil & Mechanical Engineering - Work on Water & Utilities projects, including treatment plants, pipelines and infrastructure upgrades.
- Finance - Develop skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management within the construction sector.
- Pre-Contracts - Be part of the team developing bids and tenders for major infrastructure projects.
- Health & Safety - Support the creation of safe and sustainable work environments across diverse project sites.

Over the two-year program, you will work alongside industry leaders, receive structured mentorship and training and gain real-world experience to build a strong foundation for your career

**What You’ll Bring**
We are looking for motivated graduates who are eager to learn and grow.

To be successful, you will need
- A tertiary degree in either Civil or Mechanical Engineering, within Finance or Health & Safety (recent or 2024 graduates encouraged to apply)
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- A White Card (for Engineering and Safety roles) and a valid Australian driver's license (for site-based roles).
