**About the role**

The Corporate Experience Coordinator is charged with the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs, and workplace services delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building.

An emphasis of this role is placed on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, compliance and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives. This position coordinates the activities, financials, vendors and manpower required for current and future needs of the building and operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the facilities, including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance, are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with C&W policies and client directives
- Assist to supervise all maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the properties
- Respond positively and promptly to requests from building tenants and occupants.
- Assist AFM with preparation of budgets, financial reports (monthly and quarterly), contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facilities.
- Assist in identifying facility improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.

About You
- Experience in Integrated Facilities Management, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience is preferred
- Experience in all facets of property operation and corporate office management within a service provider environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- 360 Facility CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.
