**The role**
- GPT is currently requires the services of a **Digital Project Coordinator** to join our retail Marketing team to assist in the development and delivery of key projects as well as the assist with the identification of innovative concepts for the business for a contract period of 12 months.
- The focus of the Marketing Team is to develop and implement marketing strategies which are aligned with the brand positioning of the retail centres, whilst also driving asset performance through the effective delivery of sales and traffic driving campaigns and communications.
**What you will be doing**
- Identifying best practice digital and innovation concepts to enhance GPT capabilities in the digital space, enhancing the customer experience and driving marketing outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to be implemented across the portfolio to optimise results of new digital initiatives
- Supporting the Senior Manager, Digital Innovations in the development of business cases to support new technology / innovation trials and obtain endorsement for prototyping
- Working with Marketing and Technology team to identify opportunities to further enhance the customer database including but not limited to identifying new digital & data points for integration, development of acquisition & retention strategies and automation.
- Optimising existing digital technologies (websites, mobile websites, mobile apps and Wii Fi)
- Developing a deep understanding of customer and research tools and champion the customer in all projects and initiatives
- Assisting in coordinating the monthly reporting, identify key risks, opportunities or wins where projects/ initiatives have driven positive changes in customer sentiment as well as evaluating return on investment for digital projects and initiatives.
**What makes you stand out**
- Tertiary educated, you will need to have experience in digital marketing coupled with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form and be able to effectively work autonomously.
- You are comfortable taking ownership of assignments and have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and are able to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
- You will have an understanding of digital marketing and associated software and research tools as well as in web technologies and emerging digital trends. An understanding of market segmentation in the FMCG, leisure or retail industry would be desirable.
- This is a fast paced and hands-on role that will suit a marketing generalist with a passion for digital who thrives in a dynamic environment.
