Digital Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide project management support services to the eApproval program, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of projects.

  • The Digital Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, including preparation of documentation, monitoring and updating project plans/schedules, and supporting related activities to ensure outcomes are achieved.
  • The successful candidate will also monitor and evaluate all aspects of implementation, including risk and contingency management, benefits realization, impact and quality measures, identify and address issues, assess progress and effectiveness, and achieve outcomes.

Key qualifications include experience in providing high-level project coordination and support to complex technical ICT/digital projects in a large organization, relevant certifications or equivalent, and proven knowledge in maintaining project schedules, risk and issues registers, and identifying mitigation strategies.

The selected applicant will work collaboratively with the eApproval program team to deliver projects that enhance health and wellness in NSW.
