**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Developing and executing sales plans for target markets, sectors
- Contribute to executing sales and resource budget plan
- Identify and act on new market development opportunities as they arise
- Contributing to the overall development of ANZ as a market for Unravel Carbon
- Leveraging knowledge of the required tech stack to drive efficient sales lead engagement, conversion and retention
- Demonstrate astute commercial and business development acumen
- Generate pitch and proposal decks and offers (creative support provided where needed)
- Exceptional communication skills
**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated track history in SAAS or similar B2B Enterprise sales capacity with demonstrable achievement of sales targets
- Willingness to learn, be self motivated, and thrive in uncertainty; you would the first boots on the ground in Australia in an early stage startup, be prepared to venture into unknown territory, collaborate and learn
- Detail-oriented, task-focused, and exceptionally results-oriented
- Required skills:
- Research and analysis
- Skills / Exp with MS PowerPoint / Google Slides / HubSpot & other tech platforms as needed
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Lateral thinker - can see opportunities and ‘join the dots’ when searching for multiple key contact points in a large, multi divisional enterprises’.
- Tenacity; can push through objections to find novel and creative ways to connect with target enterprises
- Beneficial skills:
- Existing knowledge of Climate Change / Carbon Assessments

- Eager to think outside of the box and creatively problem-solve
**YOUR PREFERRED BACKGROUND**
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or a related discipline, or 5+ years working experience in related Enterprise Sales / biz dev role.
