As our client portfolio grows, we're expanding our team and seeking an experienced HSEQ Consultant to support the delivery of workplace health & safety, environmental and quality management services across a diverse range of industriesAbout the Role

As a Bramwell Partners HSEQ Consultant, you'll work across multiple client sites to support, develop and strengthen their risk, safety, quality and compliance frameworks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments
  • Supporting clients to develop practical WHS, environmental and quality management systems
  • Reviewing and developing policies, procedures and safe work practices
  • Assisting with incident investigations and corrective action implementation
  • Preparing safety reports, improvement plans and client recommendations
  • Delivering training, toolbox talks, inductions and safety presentations
  • Working collaboratively with our HR and QA teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Building strong, positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, problem-solving and genuinely helping businesses improve their safety culture and compliance.

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Environmental Science, OHS, Risk, Quality or a related field
  • Approx. 5-10 years' experience in WHS or HSEQ roles (consulting experience well regarded but not essential)
  • Solid understanding of WHS legislation, ISO management systems (9001/14001/45001), and risk management principles
  • Experience writing policies, procedures, SWMS, risk registers and audit reports
  • Strong communication skills — able to convey safety concepts simply and practically
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Confidence to work with multiple clients and adapt to different site environments
  • Initiative, sound judgment and a calm, professional approach

A Cert IV WHS, Lead Auditor qualification or incident investigation experience (ICAM/TAPROOT) is highly valued but not mandatory.
