**About the role**

As an Analytics Specialist at TAFE NSW, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with both business and IT stakeholders to develop innovative reporting solutions, visualisations, and predictive models that support operational efficiency and customer-focused outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values teamwork, and enjoys solving complex problems through data analysis, storytelling and visual representation.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders in the delivery of business intelligence solutions that add value to business decision making.
