Stock Management Coordinator Role

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large-scale stock operations within fast-paced environments. They should demonstrate a thorough understanding of stock management principles and possess excellent analytical skills.

  • Verify and process all stock receipts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data entry.
  • Confirm delivered quantities for previous day's deliveries to ensure discrepancies are promptly addressed.
  • Process third-party and miscellaneous stock receipts while maintaining precise record-keeping.
  • Manage stock adjustments, applying the necessary controls to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Reconcile daily bulk stocks, investigating any anomalies or inconsistencies.
  • Balance miscellaneous stock reconciliations, guaranteeing accurate reporting.

This role involves working closely with our Finance Transactional Services Team at our Head Office location. Successful applicants will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in stock management, preferably within a large transactional volume environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, enabling seamless collaboration with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, specifically Excel and ERP software.
