As a key member of our organization, the Senior CX Reporting Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business success through data-driven insights.

Job Description

The Senior CX Reporting Specialist is responsible for providing critical support to the business by analyzing and reporting on customer experience (CX) data. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that CX goals and staffing requirements are aligned.

  • Conduct forecasts and capacity planning to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Support scheduling and make real-time adjustments to meet service demands effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
  • Enhance reporting processes and tools through automation and advanced data analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, information systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2 or 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or customer experience-related roles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other departments.
  • Good English language skills and knowledge of advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python, or R (optional but preferred).
