We are seeking a motivated and experienced Minor Works / Installations Manager to oversee our contracting operations in Victoria.
Reporting to the Regional General Manager this role will be responsible for the direction and growth of the Victorian contracting business whilst driving operational excellence and delivering on installation projects to ensure the business achieves financial and business targets.
Day to day you will provide direct supervision of project staff, field personnel and subcontractors as needed to ensure efficient utilisation of labour, time and materials to maximise profit on contracts, program, procure and administer contracts to company standards.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have experience working in the in the building installations sector where you were accountable for successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Developing your people and providing a safe place of work is paramount as is your ability to foster client relationships to maximise returns on installation projects.
