Aspect Personnel are currently working with a state government organisation to recruit a Project Officer for an initial 6 month contract.
You will be responsible for supporting a team of Senior Project Officers to deliver a portfolio of minor works construction projects in the education space.

**You will be responsible for**:
- Provide project admin and coordination support to SPOs
- Assist in management of contractors and consultants
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Documentation and contract management
- Preparing reports
- Updating project plans and schedules
- A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, and/or Building Construction with relevant experience
- Experience in project and/ or construction coordination/management
- Previous experience working within a government environment
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
