We have an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Testing Release Lead to play an integral role in supporting a large-scale digital health program. Your key focus will be to take ownership of the testing and release management of various clinical systems.

Leveraging your testing experience, you will be responsible for managing the test strategy, plan and developing test scripts for new and current software solutions. Alongside this, your release management experience will see you developing an effective release management strategy, whilst working with relevant key stakeholders to ensure that upon go-live activities are running smoothly with no impact on the standard operating environment.

**To be considered, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience**:

- Proven experience in facilitating the development and implementation of an effective test management plans, test scripts
- Previous experience in managing testing phase activities including functional, system integration, data migration and UAT testing
- Experience in influencing and leading large functional and technical teams through change in the development and optimisation of digital healthcare systems
- Strong skills in the development and execution of test scenarios and cases with teams
- Excellent ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior leaders
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills including the development of test management tools and frameworks
- Proven ability to identify and rectify risks in a timely manner whilst meeting project time frames
