The Enterprise Test and Release Manager is responsible for managing and developing the Enterprise Test and Release Capabilities. This new role focuses on enhancing and maturing these capabilities as they transition from a major security program to supporting the delivery and sustainment of core Bureau platforms and services.

As a leadership position, the Enterprise Test and Release Manager requires extensive knowledge of test and release best practices, including industry standards, frameworks, processes, and work practices. Given that these capabilities are new to the Bureau of Meteorology, the role demands a strong leader capable of driving change through critical thinking, influencing skills, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
