We are looking for **compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Workers** to join our team in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals living with complex mental health challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide person-centred support to clients with **Behaviours of Concern (BOC)** in line with their **Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)**.
- Implement strategies and follow care plans diligently to ensure safety, consistency, and positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and professional documentation in a clear and non-judgmental manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and allied health professionals to create a safe, empowering, and inclusive environment.

**About You**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow established protocols and document thoroughly.
- Open-minded, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to care.
- Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work mornings, afternoons, and sleepover shifts.

**Training & Support**

We provide **comprehensive training and ongoing support**, equipping you with the skills and confidence needed to excel in this role.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
