Due to our recent growth with an influx of new clients and increased workload, we are looking to expand our team by recruiting for this new role to support our expanding operations.

**What am I accountable for?**:
As the Head of Corporate Services, you'll oversee a broad range of responsibilities crucial to the smooth operation and growth of our company. Your key accountabilities will include:

- Managing company legals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and overseeing legal processes and documentation.
- Overseeing operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments and functions.
- Managing tools and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Leading the HR function, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Managing finance reports, including budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Supporting strategic decision-making through the provision of financial insights and analysis.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive organisational success and growth.

**Who will I be working with?**:
You'll collaborate closely with the company Directors, Senior Management Team, legal department, operations team, HR department, finance department, and other relevant stakeholders across the company.

**What knowledge and skills do I require to be successful?**:
To excel in the role of Head of Corporate Services, you'll need a diverse set of knowledge and skills encompassing various areas of management and leadership. Key requirements include:

- **Legal Compliance**: Comprehensive understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing business operations, employment practices, and financial reporting.
- **Operations Management**: Proven ability to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and drive operational excellence across multiple departments.
- **Tools and Technology**: Familiarity with relevant tools, software, and technologies used in corporate operations, HR management, finance reporting, and legal compliance.
- **Financial Acumen**: Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and reporting.
- **Strategic Decision-making**: Ability to provide strategic insights, analyse data, and make informed decisions to support the company's growth and success.
