**About the Role**

Sitting within the Operations branch of Communications, Operations and Experience the role is responsible for coordinating and developing consistent and targeted communications to ensure people can plan their journeys around the cumulative impacts of major disruptions on the transport network.

The team has a strong focus on high and significant disruptions that have a large network impact, cumulative multi-modal disruptions and events across the state impacted by planned disruptions.To access the Position Description, please click here.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Mandatory**
- Prior experience in engagement, public relations, communications, customer experience, education or a similar discipline.

**Desirable**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) accreditation or a similar qualification.
