**About the role**

Make a memorable first and last impression for our guests. As part of the Front Office department, you will be a key point of contact for guests and help in ensuring their stay is enjoyable.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Welcome and farewell all guests;
- Assist guests with queries on places of interest, directions, dining options, transport & local events;
- Transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property;
- Park and retrieve guest cars as part of the properties valet service.

**Skills & Experience**
- A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service environment
- Familiarity with Melbourne locations and hotspots
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Positive attitude
- Previous Opera system knowledge will be highly regarded
- Full Australian Manual Driver's License

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
