About the Role

  • We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
  • As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for retrieving and parking guests' vehicles safely and efficiently, while also providing a warm welcome and farewell.
  • You will also be responsible for assisting customers with directions, parcel handling, and other guest-related services, while promoting additional services such as car washes.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential requirements for this role.
  • You will need to have proven experience in valet parking or a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You must be able to work well under pressure, think on your feet, and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
