Job Title: Valet Concierge

A high-end customer experience is waiting for you at Melbourne Airport as a Valet Concierge.

About The Role:
  • Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide professional valet services
  • Attend to customer needs by providing a positive and memorable experience
  • Provide expert knowledge of the airport precinct to answer customer queries regarding airport amenities and other available services
  • Collect and accurately label keys belonging to customers to ensure efficient and effective return of vehicle
  • Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles
  • Organise and file paperwork relating to customers' vehicles and daily transactions
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Assist and provide support to the Online Concierge Team with customer service and administrative tasks as required or as directed by the site supervisor/manager
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a high level of service in greeting and welcoming them whilst offering them a professional valet service
  • Attend to customer needs by ensuring a positive and memorable experience is provided
  • Provide high-level knowledge of the airport precinct to answer customer queries regarding airport amenities and other available services
  • Collect and accurately label keys belonging to customers to ensure efficient and effective return of vehicle
  • Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles
  • Organise and file paperwork relating to customers' vehicles and daily transactions
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Assist and provide support to the Online Concierge Team with customer service and administrative tasks as required or as directed by the site supervisor/manager
Requirements:
  • Previous customer experience
  • A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and a customer-first attitude
  • Full manual VIC Driver's Licence and a clean driving record
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team-focused and flexible
  • Accountability and personal integrity are essential as the nature of the position allows access to clients' personal and private information
  • Ability to multitask and tend to several customers at once
  • Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Ability to work shifts, including overnight shift work
  • Flexibility to work a 24-hours rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • All successful candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and need to be comfortable walking up to 10,000 steps per shift and feel at ease on their feet for up to 8 hours
