We're looking for an experienced Head Barista to join us in our busy cafe in Byron Bay.

Our brew bar serves a house blend and rotating single o's on espresso and batch.

We need someone confident at:

- dialling in new recipes and sourcing guest roasters
- creating and costing seasonal drink specials
- ordering coffee and maintaining a strong relationship with our main roaster Blackboard
- engaging and leading a team
- recruitment and existing team skill development including: latte art, work flow & coffee knowledge

Full time salary position on a 4 day working week.
