Skills & Experience

· Previous experience in FOH Supervisor/Head Chef role is required.

· Creative mind & willingness to bring your ideas to life

· Ability to create, cost & implement menus & rotating specials

· Sound understanding of working within a budget

· Understanding of market trends, seasonal produce & how to make the most of these when managing menus/specials

· Monitor food stock levels, rotate inventory, and minimise waste.

· Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are strictly followed at all times.

· Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked kitchen/FOH throughout service.

· Train, guide, and support junior kitchen staff where needed.

· FOH Supervisor – High level of customer service experience

· Head Chef - Experience running a café style kitchen
