Tired of a “hands on” role where you get your fingers dirty? Have you got good communication skills and have influenced people? Ideally some sales experience? This is a great opportunity to move out of a trades role into dealing with an established customer base that needs people to understand the mechanical/ technical sides of their business.
This is a very successful company has established client relationships across various industries such as heavy equipment, prestige car dealerships, manufacturing, building and construction etc. This is a great opportunity to increase its market share by enhancing sound relationships with key people across their established client base.
Your role will be to maintain and enhance relationships within your account, understand client requirements and address their needs by handing the requirements to the operations team to manage. You will need to use your mechanical skills to understand what the client is delivering on a technical level. Their clients are across Australia and most of your work will be done by phone or social media.
We are looking for confident and capable people with a sound mechanical knowledge and great communication skills. Ideally you would have had some sales/ business development experience.
