Our PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom products also make it safer and simpler for friends and family to transfer funds to each other. We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

**Job Description Summary**:
What you need to know about the role

We are looking for a talented and experienced sales professional to join our Inside Sales Team in AU. In this exciting role you will be responsible for outbound calling, selling PayPal's extensive portfolio of customized payment solutions to meet our merchant's business needs.

We are looking for self-directed movers and shakers to engage with business owners, solve problems and close deals in our fast-paced environment with confidence. You will need to be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, have the ability to fully articulate the PayPal value proposition to prospective merchants & lead throughout the sales cycle. Your success in this role will be measured by a set of KPIs and Sales Target Incentive program. If that describes you, keep reading for more details about this position.

**Your Day to Day**:

- Outbound telephone sales of PayPal products to medium and large sized businesses
- To achieve financial monthly and quarterly revenue targets as well as forecasting your monthly sales in line with revenue targets and productivity metrics Consistently
- up with in-flight opportunities until products are "live-to-site"
- Develop exceptional relationships with business owners by quickly building rapport and developing trust to understand their specific challenges
- Be an expert in the suite of merchant solutions PayPal offers, and be able to identify which solutions solve the merchant's needs
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while overcoming customer objections
- Demonstrate a strong ability to close the deal while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed established productivity goals
- Utilize Salesforce to log, track, and maintain customer records
- Collect and share merchant insights with Marketing, Product, and other departments

- Strong telephone presence with experience in outbound calling
- Experience in managing a sales-based revenue and accurate forecasting
