They are also going to benefit from a huge shift which is ocuuring now of organisations looking to move from their cutrrent onpremise technologies which are endemic in organsations across ANZ to cloud base solutions.Their solutions are trusted by professionals worldwide and their reps globally are overachieving due to demand for their solutions which play a CRITICAL role to a vast array of organisations. **Your new role** The main duties of the role are to establish strong relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross sell solutions to them as well as winning new organisations in the SMB and Mid-Market space. Our client a huge range of solutions and modules that can be added into their core platform at any point which presents an opportunity to engage with your customers regulary and position other modules and solutions. A full position description will be made available to shortlisted applicants. - Meet and exceeds monthly revenue quotas through the sale of products to SMB and mid-market sized businesses. - Respond to all informational requests from prospective customers and qualifies leads to drive to closure - Develop new opps within your assigned territory through networking, prospecting, working with partners, following ups and business development - Proactively work with Partners to outbound to prospective customers, educate on solutions and review current pipelines - Partners with all internal resources including the Marketing on Leads and Pre-sales on deals in the pipeline - Attends meetings and trainings as required **What you'll need to succeed** - Circa 5+ years’ experience in sales - Software sales expereince, ideally to multiple stakeholders with "land/expand" sales of extra modules and products - Solid understanding of needs analysis sales process - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas - Experience in working with management software. **What you'll get in return** A secure, stable job with a global company leading in their industry where existing sales people are oiverperforming globally.: - $135,000 base, $230,000 OTE + super - $10,000 car allowance - Tools of trade and expenses - Ongoing career opportunities across a large group with a global presence - Hybrid/Flexible Working Mel/Syd **What you need to do now** V-97868
