About the Role
- Leading the continuing maturity of the department's risk management processess and reporting;
- Planning and corporate reporting activities, such as quarterly risk and performance reports;
- Leading ongoing risk capability development for regions and divisions; and
- Contributing to other activities within the unit, including evaluation, strategy design and customer complaints management.
About You
We are looking for a Principal Policy Officer with the following attributes:
- Critical and strategic thinker, who can analyse complex information and translate them into clear advice and user friendly products;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team;
- Exceptional writer and communicator who is great at stakeholder engagement and negotiation;
- Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills; and
- A positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
