**The Opportunity**

An exciting growth opportunity to join the team at start-up phase.

You’ll be at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technology and systems integration and you’ll enjoy selling and supporting a technical product in industrial environments.

This is a customer facing role that will provide technical expertise and support for the full product and system lifecycle and E2E processes.

You’ll be involved in the pre-sale phase right through to post sale support.

You will lead a multi-product portfolio with multi-brand integrations.

The role entails understanding the system requirements and specifying the ideal solution, specifications, and design. You’ll be involved in all the sales lifecycle stages; the demonstration, installation, integration, commission, testing and training even diagnosing and troubleshooting system software and integration-related issues.

This role will suit someone who is results driven and enjoys working closely with customers to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that will enable the growth of their business.
- Will be a highly technical person with a background in mechanical or manufacturing engineering with an understanding of the sheet metal industry and workflows in such business environments.
- Be degree qualified in Computer or IT Engineering.
- Enjoy managing technical projects in an industrial environment and you’ll be an analytical problem solver.
- You’ll be a great communicator, someone that can talk to technical people as well as business owners.
- Have experience in MES, ERP, CAD/CAM, OEM systems.
- Have knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows, IIS, SQL).
- Have knowledge of databases: database management, SQL Server etc.
- And experience in systems Integration and Diagnostics experience (Data, MES, ERP, OEM).
- You’ll have a strong understanding of Business Intelligence, Big Data, Data Analytics, Master Data, data integrity, data security, Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Knowledge of technical architecture and networks, on-premise, SaaS, Cloud, cyber security etc. will be a distinct advantage
- Experience in providing remote and on-site support services required.
- You’ll be a self-starter and enjoy working autonomously as well as within teams and working closely with OEMs for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Experience of training design is an advantage as well as training delivery is an absolute requirement.
- Change Management experience will be a distinct advantage.
- Consultancy, professional service experience is an advantage
- Working knowledge of APIs will be advantageous
- Experience in programming (C++, C#, HTML, XML, etc.) would be an advantage - but software development/ coding is not part of the role - although an understanding of Systems Design/ Development will be useful.

Pre-requisites
- Applicant must be in Australia and have working rights.
