We currently have a full-time permanent role available for a **Scrum Master**.

The Scrum Master is responsible for developing and supporting teams across the organisation to deliver technology strategy and improvements. If you have a positive and proactive attitude, passionate about high quality output and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this is the position for you

**Responsibilities**

The Scrum Master reports to the Technology Director and the role involves effective cross department collaboration using agile methods, concepts, and frameworks to build high performance teams and deliver quality outcomes.

Day to day you will:

- Improve business agility by proactively identifying opportunities for coaching and development of teams on agile values, practices, standards, and tools.
- Facilitate agile events such as brainstorming, planning, retrospectives, story/requirements writing, estimating, etc.
- Work closely with stakeholders to continuously prioritise, manage and deliver the technology backlog.
- Proactively assist team members by resolving conflicts, removing impediments, and preventing distractions via extensive cross-department collaboration.
- Working with team members to optimise technology support, IT governance and DevSecOps processes.
- Identify business analytics needs to produce and maintain self-service automated reports.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to monitor service delivery and support as per SLAs.
- Excellent organisational skills, including self-motivation, and an ability to set appropriate priorities and to pursue tasks to completion.
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to mentor and coach at the individual, team, department, and executive level.
- Ability to work well in a co-located and virtual team environment.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
- 2+ years’ experience working in a Microsoft 365 environment using Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams, Planner etc.
- 2+ years’ experience using analytics tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience on a variety of agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe), practices, tools, and techniques.
- Experience in developing and reporting on agile metrics, such as velocity, lead times, burn up and burn down charts, cycle times, quality.
- Experience working in a DevSecOps and software development environment.
- Proven experience in developing and working successfully in cross-functional teams.
- Broad healthcare sector knowledge is desirable.
- 2+ years’ using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is desirable.
