We are part of InvoCare (IVC) which is listed leading provider of funeral services in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and operates private memorial parks and crematoria in Australia and New Zealand.

**About the role**:
The Coordination Manager oversees the day-to-day coordination of the team to ensure quality funeral services are delivered in accordance with InvoCare policies and procedures. This role is responsible for managing the delivery of funerals by allocating staff, vehicles, facilities and providing exceptional customer service to external and internal customers.

This role is required to coordinate and direct funeral teams, manage administrative documents, respond to requests and concerns, attend funerals, transfers, viewings, and mortuary duties.

**About you**:
We are looking for people who have a strong customer service attitude and pride themselves on service delivery, problem-solving and customer satisfaction. You will need to have a sense of comfort of working with grieving families and the deceased.
