- Permanent Part Time Opportunity
- Up to $35 per hour + 10.5% super + split shift allowance
- Support child led outcomes at various specialist TheirCare locations throughout the school term
- Build relationships with schools and wider communities
- Manage your own Holiday Program at Vermont South Special School during the school holiday period
- Gain experience in an education and disability support industry
- Travel allowance offered

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
- Execute on the planning cycle to deliver best in class program experiences
- Be the face of TheirCare in your school community. Create a positive relationship within the service community
- Support and guide your team of educators to support the service and community
- Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the childcare/high intensity industry is ideal but not essential.
- Working towards or willing to enrol in an approved Diploma Level qualification.
- Completed a Diploma level qualification
