Design Coordinator
KBR are the Principal Design partner on the North Western Program Alliance (NWPA). The Alliance comprises of Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP), Metro Trains Melbourne, KBR, and John Holland.
NWPA was established in 2017 and has delivered on approximately $3B of transport infrastructure projects for The State and community. Based on our success, LXRP have recently awarded NWPA a 5-year extension to our partnership providing us a strong, clear pipeline of transport opportunities through Melbourne till 2027.
With the significant demand present within the Victoria transport sector, a move to NWPA & KBR is an exciting step in your career. You’ll be working on community shaping projects such as the Pakenham & Keon level crossing removal with some other diverse opportunities currently being developed and committed to NWPA.

The Opportunity
The role has a wide variety of responsibilities including providing support to the Design Team and the delivery of successful Engineering outcomes across the whole Alliance.
Whilst this position will initially join the NWPA, this is a permanent role with KBR.
What you will need to succeed
Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience the ability to influence and guide stakeholders
3 years Design Coordination experience on large scale multi disciplinary projects
Knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle
In depth knowledge of engineering design processes for infrastructure projects
