**The responsibilities for this role include**:

- Achieve the financial targets of dispensary through the analysis and understanding of prescription pricing, NIS Pricing andDispensary efficiencies including generic & biosimilar adoption/conversion
- In alignment with the Finance teams, conduct regular reviews and present performance of Pharmacies’ Dispensary Profitability
- Recommendations for to maximise dispensary profitability
- Monthly review of prescription pricing and recommendations to remain competitive and drive script growth
- Engagement with Retail Brands Store Operations team and Marketing to review engagement of stores in Prescription Pricing
- Review of Pharmacy compliance rates, develop strategies to improve compliance, and work cross functionally with Operations teams to implement strategies for growth
- Track and report compliance changes monthly and the action plans for store growth
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, align goals and strategies for growth

- Melbourne based
- Preferred tertiary qualification in business, pharmacy, or sciences
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management / merchandising role
- Strong category focus and ability to influence and negotiate at all levels to achieve effective outcomes and ongoing relationships.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using BI tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, negotiation and influencing and coordination of services across all organisational levels.
- Ability to self-manage and have a high level of autonomy
- Ability to review data and make fact-based decisions leading to business growth
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Ensure all work practices meet company standards, relevant compliance obligations and relevant laws
