**About the Role**:
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of Chargrill Charlie’s — warmly greeting customers, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring every visit is one to remember. You’ll work closely with both the front and back-of-house teams to maintain a smooth, friendly, and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Build rapport with regulars and new guests alike
- Accurately process transactions and manage the POS
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently and courteously
- Clear tables and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area
- Educate customers on our menu and products
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards
- Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and smooth operations

- Willingness to complete all training required for the role
- Understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety is a plus

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $42.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week
