**Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging training programs for front-of-house staff.
- Conduct effective training sessions using varied methods.
- Lead new hire orientation and team-building activities.
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate training records and refine programs.
- Be a mentor and collaborate for seamless operations.

**Qualifications**:

- TAE40116/TAE40122 or equivalent.
- Previous front-of-house management experience.
- Proven in designing and delivering impactful training.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends.
- Mandatory: Food Safety Supervisor, Workplace Health and Safety.
- Desired: First Aid, RMLV.
