About the Role

Working within one of Council's well-known facilities, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to the community. Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Receiving and managing telephone and counter enquiries.
  • Providing professional table service, prepare drink orders and clear/wash dishes.
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory.
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Providing feedback on operational and business improvement opportunities.
  • Assisting in providing support and guidance to casual staff.

About You

  • Demonstrated mathematical ability and knowledge of point of sale systems.
  • Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and use initiative.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including afternoon and evening as required.
