The role

We're seeking an enthusiastic Front of House/Kitchen Hand to join the friendly team at Walker Street Cafe Bar in Casino, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexible work hours to suit your lifestyle.

Font of house - Barista experience and previous cafe experience is required we are looking to hire someone hours per week with flexible hours - must be available most Saturdays

Kitchen - Previous experience as a kitchen hand is a must. We are looking for someone for approximately hours with the chance for more if you are available to be an all-rounder and help out the front.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and seating customers, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring a great dining experience
  2. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including clearing and setting tables
  3. Using the coffee machine so barista experience is a must
  4. Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  5. Supporting the front of house team with any other duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a passion for food and drink
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and work collaboratively with the team
  3. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  4. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  5. A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
