**Your Profile**:
You've honed your skills over 3-5 years as an Area Manager in Early Childhood Education and Care, coupled with experience as a Centre Director. Your passion lies in fostering personal and professional growth among your team members. Your leadership style radiates trust, honesty, and a positive culture. **Your Role and Impact**:
As an Area Manager for the North of Perth, you'll drive exceeding quality practices and continuous improvement across 6-8 established Nido Services. You'll lead, coach, and mentor the leadership teams to deliver compliance, quality practices, financial success, and harmonious employee relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Report on financial, operational, quality, and compliance KPIs to the Operations Team
- Lead a team of 6-8 direct reports and indirectly influence up to 300
- Provide unwavering support to Centre Managers and Educators throughout Assessment & Rating processes
- Embed essential operating processes for streamlined efficiency
- Ensure comprehensive compliance reporting and proactive prevention strategies

**Your Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate proven leadership and multi-site management experience within Early Education organizations
- Possess extensive knowledge of long day care operations, including EYLF, National Quality Standard, assessment and rating procedures, budgeting, recruitment, marketing, and customer service
- Thrive in ambiguity and change, showcasing a forward-thinking mindset
