**Job Description** Reejig seeks a dynamic Customer Engagement Specialist to revolutionize customer interaction through AI. This full-time, remote role is perfect for those passionate about building relationships and leveraging advanced AI tools in customer engagement.**

**As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will use AI to engage directly with customers, facilitating meaningful connections that lead to successful business relationships. Your role is crucial in building a robust pipeline through strategic engagement and innovative outreach strategies.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Interaction and Meeting Booking: Engage potential clients using AI-driven insights to book meetings.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic account mapping and engagement.
- Lead Generation and Discovery Calls: Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- AI Collaboration: Work with AI technologies to optimize engagement processes.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.

**How we will measure performance**:

- Meetings Booked: Number of meetings booked with potential clients.
- Contacts and Companies Researched: Number of key personas across target accounts researched for strategic engagement.
- Meetings to Pipeline Creation: Conversion rate of meetings booked to opportunities added to the sales pipeline.
