We currently have an opportunity for a **Functional Analyst **based with our team in Sydney. This role will assist with designing processes and solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity and translate business requirements into project and system documentation. Our Functional Analyst has a clear understanding of the overall business and information needs of the organisation in order to assist in developing solutions to business and technology problems

**What you’ll do**

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

- Business analysis services, incorporating business and information architecture, and reporting for Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and is a key business liaison between the business.
- Support the management of system development pipelines and processes ensuring systems meet business requirements
- Support the Functional ownership of the Information Systems used by SI&CS covering core requirements, prioritisation of development and rollout, and point of contact for contract teams and IT.
- Functional Support of apps developed by IT teams to ensure fit for purpose functionality by contract teams.
- Support and load data into the Information Systems, ensuring the data meets the SI&CS Master Data standards for codification and structure.Functional support of CMMS and CAFM systems.

**What you’ll bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in an IT or related field preferred.
- Experience mobilising and developing Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Computerised Facility Management (CAFM) Systems.
- business support experience, within large enterprise environments.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience developing functional specifications and Process Models.Experience in software development technologies.
