**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE**

Are you looking for an opportunity to work with leading pharma brands? Involving the development of strategy, creative concepts, content and campaign implementation?

This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with some previous experience in digital content and social within a creative agency will have an advantage.

The key role of the Project Executive is to work closely with the rest of the Account Management team and provide them with the necessary support in developing service excellence for our clients.

This is a great opportunity for a level-headed, junior looking to build on previous experience in a similar environment. The success of the role will rely on your ability to spot opportunities for the Account Management team.

Most importantly, this role requires a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great people skills. We value hard work, and we want to have fun doing it.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Extracting information from the client system and updating into our proprietary system
- Inputting briefs from Account Managers onto the internal system
- Updating weekly reports with data extracted from systems
- Liaise with Project and Account Managers to handle requests and queries from Senior Managers and clients
- Provide administrative support to teams when needed

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE**:

- Have previous experience working in similar marketing role
- Be confident in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (and any other software which is a necessity)
- Be great at juggling lots of different tasks and working out what's really important, as you will have competing demands on your time
- Be extremely organised and able to meet the deadlines
- Have strong numeracy and attention to detail - it's essential as you can spot any mistakes as they come up
- Have strong communication skills and be able to build great relationships with different people across our agency
- Have the ability to quickly adapt to different situations and to be flexible
- Be able to work well in a team as well as on your own
