**Role Overview**:
The company is seeking an experienced Associate or Associate Director level Project Manager, from a consultancy background, to lead projects and mentor staff in their Sydney CBD office.
- **Key Responsibilities:Client Management**: Build, maintain, and leverage high-level client relationships to effectively execute work and deliver exceptional service experiences. Analyse trends, anticipate needs, and resolve critical issues, expanding project revenue through insightful client engagement.
- **Quality and Technical Excellence**: Oversee budget forecasting, project management, and contract administration, ensuring adherence to NSW building regs, procedures, and risk management protocols while striving for operational excellence and profitable growth.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, manage, and develop staff and teams across various contexts, promoting a culture of open communication, continuous learning, and innovation. Drive the professional and personal development of team members, balancing well-being with professional commitments.
**Key Competencies**:
- Proven experience of delivering high quality projects in NSW
- Exceptional management, organisational, and planning skills.
- Strong adaptability, flexibility, and capability to work under pressure.

**Qualifications**:
