**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Course Advisor / Sales Advisor (Domestic Students) to join our team in Sydney. Reporting to the Manager, Course Advisors, this role is pivotal in generating domestic student enrolments for EDU’s higher education entity - Ikon Institute of Australia (Ikon).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Domestic Student Recruitment:_
- Manage leads, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and support enrolment completion.
- Track and monitor the lead funnel, record data in HubSpot, and assist with “Product Discovery” sessions.
- Collect feedback and market insights, attend recruitment events, and collaborate with the Admissions team.
- Operational Reporting:_
- Prepare and review reports on lead funnel performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Report student feedback and suggest process enhancements.
- Other Responsibilities:_
- Contribute to team goals, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Manager, Course Advisors.

**Education, Experience, and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience in higher education industry
- Demostrated experience enroling students in master’s qualifications or similar
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and understanding regulatory frameworks including the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021
- Experience with CRM software like HubSpot, and strong communication, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills.
