**About the role**

As the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll be responsible for leading our central digital marketing capability to activate integrated digital marketing strategies, driving growth and retention for our portfolio of brands.

This role will lead, mentor and develop a team of 10 - digital media, paid search, adtech and optimisation experts who deliver our performance media programs and digital media campaigns.

Deliver our paid search portfolio approach to maximise brand opportunities.
- You’ll be responsible for the effective planning, buying and activation of all digital media plans working closely with brand teams to deliver their customer trade plans.
- Deliver the digital marketing transformation roadmap and project plan.
- Uplift the digital media capability and provide thought leadership.
- Manage all performance media programs and ensure effective optimisation to deliver the agreed business and marketing targets.
- Create a culture of experimentation in the team, using data and insights to inform optimisation approaches.
- Leverage media mix modelling and attribution tools to identify opportunities to improve ROI across brands and the portfolio.
- Provides senior leadership in our marketing community, with a focus on digital marketing excellence.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in a Senior Marketing role, with digital marketing strategy, planning and buying skills. Leadership experience of an in-house, or media agency team will be advantageous.
- You’ll also be able to demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:

- A demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively across all levels, in a complex matrix environment.
- Experience developing and executing both short and long term strategic plans.
- Project management and agile experience is advantageous.
- Excellent presentation and data storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated experience in martech and adtech.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build positive and productive relationships.
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in marketing, digital marketing, business, or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience in retail, drinks or hospitality is desirable.
- Proven experience in people leadership, leading with authenticity and developing high performance teams.
