Customer Success Manager/recruitment Team Leader

We are looking for an aspiring or experienced recruitment leader to join our team You will love to lead by example, developing strong stakeholder and client relationships whilst delivering at a high standard in your area of recruitment expertise.

Specifically, working in the Technology, Digital and Project Services market you will enjoy working with likeminded clients with a passion for innovation and technology, and some of the industry's leading environments.

**What you'll do day to day**

You will drive excellence in your team and specialisaiton, optimizing performance and results. Setting the operating rhythm you will love to develop and execute business plans with your team.

You strive for excellence in delivery from search to placement and have a good understanding of key regulations and legislation across employment in your state and in Australia.
