We are looking for a mortgage broker assistant to join our team If you have some experience in the financial industry and a background in customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Requirements:
Some experience in the financial industry and customer service

A valid work visa

Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

Hardworking, detail-oriented, and responsible

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

**Responsibilities**:
Provide professional customer support and assist with inquiries

Process and manage customer requests and transactions

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Collaborate with team members to improve service quality

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus
- Commission

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
