About the Role

We are searching for an enthusiastic self motivated Broker Assistant to join our Sydney T&G team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build a long-term career in insurance. You will provide valuable support to a team of Account Managers, where you'll receive training and guidance to become proficient in various tasks, such as processing new business, handling renewals, and preparing and maintaining policies, including amendments and endorsements. With our ongoing support, you'll develop the skills needed to excel in your role and contribute to the success of the team and your career.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Experience within the insurance industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
• A Tier 2 qualification in Insurance Broking is essential.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• A process-oriented approach with meticulous attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for continuous learning, professional growth, and career advancement.
• Strong digital literacy and comfort with technology.
• Experience using Insight Broking system is preferred.
• A proactive, "go-getter" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
