**About Our Business and The Role**

TH Building Maintenance is an independently owned organization with our main area of operation being NSW. Rendering expert solutions to a host of esteemed retail and corporate clientele, we have earned an excellent reputation in the domain of Cleaning, Concierge and Maintenance services in Sydney.

We are looking for another Cleaning operations manager to Manage and Supervise our growing Team also communicate with clients.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Supervising the operations for sites across NSW.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines & budgets.
- Will be required to travel often to ensure regular site visits are conducted and delivering good quality of work to our clients.
- Directly reporting to General Manager.
- Act wisely and problem solving ,organizing dates and making appointments with site managers in a timely manner and making sure the jobs are covered as per the schedule.
- Provide regular grooming sessions to cleaners on use of machinery and other skills to help perform their jobs better periodically as required.

**Skills and experience**
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Must possess relevant experience of minimum 1 years in this industry with good knowledge on use of machines like scrubbers ,buffers ,poly-vac and stripping and sealing floors.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Night shift
