- **Full-time Hours, Office Based**

You will be responsible for managing and executing the administrative order fulfilment process from receiving purchase orders from suppliers and successfully negotiating on time and in full delivery with third party suppliers.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting, forecasting, planning and ordering of SKUs to stock warehouses.
- Input data into the database - updating/receipting.
- Managing import files - collating import documents and charges.
- Receipting of orders from customers.
- Build relationships and liaising with domestic and overseas suppliers (NSW, QLD, VIC and predominately China suppliers).
- Updating product data in the system and pricing.
- Following up on order status and updating suppliers.
- Assist in the reviewing and management of supplier relationships.
- Other Purchasing Administration duties as required.

**Skills and Experience required for this role**:

- Previous experience with Inventory Control & Management (at least 3 years).
- Experience with collaborating with freight companies and 3rd party providers.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Attention to detail and good numeracy skills.
- Use of Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent data entry skills with an eye for accuracy.
- Proactive attitude and ability to multitask and support the team as required.
