This role would work closely with the customer ensuring the best possible customer experience along with managing warranty claims. This is a role that requires someone who can be an all-round customer service professional.

Description
- Provide technical and warranty support to customers to help troubleshoot their RV concerns
- Develop and maintain customer service standards incorporating a high level of response time.
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders to resolve issues in an effective and efficient way
- Ensure that all team members are strictly following the workflow process and procedures for the whole warranty lifecycle
- Ensure all claims are processed with a high level. Maintain the highest level of accuracy for all claims within area of responsibility
- Support business in its efforts to streamline Warranty processes
- Provide clear and effective communication with the repairers, owners, and other stakeholders at all times to ensure you meet completed claim deadlines within the warranty process.
